Dr. Schwartzenberg earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas in 1991. She trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where she also completed her fellowship in Rheumatology. A faculty member at Texas Tech University, she is a recipient of the Texas Tech University Teaching Award and remains actively involved in the medical community. Dr. Schwartzenberg is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, American College of Physicians, and the Potter-Randall Medical Society. Committed to giving back, she volunteers monthly at Heal the City, providing care to those in need.
